How Wraparound Booking Works
Create your breakfast and/or after-school club in minutes
Create your school a Wraparound Booking account in seconds, approve our data sync to import student and parent records from your school’s MIS database, and then set up one or more wraparound clubs in just a few quick clicks. Our support team is available 24/7 to help not just your school but all your parents as well.
Invite parents to book and pay online, using any device
Parents are sent an invite to login, usually using a single sign-on or a magic login link (meaning no usernames and passwords). A simple booking interface will allow parents to book the sessions they want. Payments can be made immediately or (where the school allows) later, using card, childcare vouchers and/or tax free childcare.
Take registers and monitor income and attendance
A login portal for staff and Admins will provide tools such as attendance registers (which coordinators can take easily, daily), facility to add safeguarding concerns, tools that manage childcare voucher and tax credit usage, transactions logs and more. You can easily see the increased income your school has earned.

Magic Link and SSO Login Options
To make login as secure and frictionless as possible, parents login using a magic login link, or via a single sign-on (SSO) such as Google, Microsoft and others we support. This means no usernames and passwords.

Patterns and Two-Phase Booking
Parents can create a pattern which they will use for the whole term, and schools can force parents to set this up before later releasing ad-hoc dates for booking. This helps schools anticipate staffing levels for the whole term.

Book and Pay Up-Front, or Later
Schools sometimes want all or selected parents to be able to pay later, creating a debt which can be paid off in the future. This is particularly useful where parents want to pay by voucher which they do not have possession of yet.

Impromptu Attendance Changes
Sessions parents book are not always kept to. If a student is dropped off early or picked up late, the Attendance page can be used to correct the record, and automatically update what should be billed for the session.
